Factories have been designed in such a way to provide seamless production flow. It also accomplishes all safety norms of the Government. Apart from these modern Machineries, we have inspired human resources to produce exclusive and diverse clothing options to our customers.
Our cutting department has lay cutting straight knife machines and can cut up to 5000 pcs per day. Very intricate shapes can be cut by our BAND knife cutting machines. Also we have a manual cutting team to cut yarn dyed and small parts with embellishments.
We have a sewing floor comprising of 30 state of art sewing machines to make any style with different fabric structure. These high speed machines with latest attachments helps us in making hi fashion garments within stipulated time and with right Quality.
We have our team of skilled Quality Controllers with an expertise and experience of checking garments to the required standards by the customers. The team ensures the quality of sewing, make up and trims.
Our Finishing line consists of vacuum tables with steam presses to give the final touch to the garments and make sure they are packed as per the ratio and method defined by the customers in pristine condition.
Packing the Finished Garments carefully with necessary labels, tags, barcode stickers, etc. and neatly placed in containers / carton box packing for final Shipment.
